511C means the GPU has serious issues with power - one of the 6/8-pin or SATA/MOLEX cables is melting or the PSU is dying and cant provide enough power. Check all your connectors and wires. If your power supply is modular, verify the modular connector on the power supply as well. When a GPU is losing power, the controller inside it freaks out and reports the max possible temp that it can show, but the issue has nothing to do with overheating - its always a power issue
