Lets go through all the fields for overclock-settings for Nvidia GPUs!
Core MHz: This will work either as an offset, or as locked/absolute core. If the value are bigger than 499 (500 ->) it will work as locked/absolute core. If the value are 499 or smaller (like in the example), it will work as offset.
Memory MHz: Always work as an offset. Linux based systems, like Simplemining, uses 2x the offset of Windows. So 1800 in Simplemining, will be the same as 900 in Windows
Power Limit W: Limits how much power the gpu can use. If using Core Offset, it will use close to the set power limit. If you are using locked/absolute core, it will use the power needed to use the core clock, but not more than the set power limit. This also means if you set locked/absolute core, but the power limit too low, the GPU will not reach the set core clock.
